Use the builds on your server. Don't resell them. That's most of it.

Using the site

By downloading from SchemsFactory you accept these terms. If you don't, don't download. There's no account to close and nothing to cancel.

What you get

Free builds can be used on any Minecraft server, including servers that make money from ranks or cosmetics. You can modify them, extend them and record them. The full terms are on the license page, and that page wins if these two ever disagree.

What you can't do

• Sell a file from here, on its own or bundled into a pack.
• Re-upload it to another download site, marketplace or file host.
• Claim you built it.
• Scrape the catalogue in bulk or hammer the site with automated requests.
• Attempt to reach areas of the site that require authorisation.

Premium builds

Listings marked premium are not downloaded here. They link out to OrioniX, where the purchase, the licence and any support are handled under that site's own terms. We take no payment on this site.

No warranty

The builds are provided as they are. We test what we publish, but we can't promise a given build works with your exact version, your plugins or your world generation, and we're not liable for anything that goes wrong on your server. Back up your world before pasting a large build — good advice regardless of where the file came from.

Availability

The site is run by one person. Builds may be added, changed or removed at any time, and there's no guarantee that something available today will still be here later. If you're using a build, keep your own copy of the file.

Copyright and takedowns

If you believe something published here is your work and was uploaded without your permission, tell us on Discord with a link to the listing and something showing it's yours. Genuine claims get the build pulled quickly — usually the same day.

The same goes the other way: if you find one of these builds being resold somewhere, we'd like to know.
